It has been brought to the notice of the Government that several applications for providing appointment under compassionate grounds to the dependents of the deceased Government Employees including applications of the dependents of Government servents who have succembed due to Covid-19 are pending.
2. Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby direct all the Departments in Secretariat / All Heads of Departments/ All District Collectors to provide compassionate appointments to the kith and kin of those who have succumbed due to COVID-19, in the first instance. This exercise should be completed before 30-11-2021 in a mission mode, subject to the general prevailing instructions on compassionate appointments.
