Guidelines for attending the Training Program:

All the District Educational Ofcers in the state are informed that Centre for Cultural Resources and Training (CCRT), New Delhi, is an educational institution under the administrative control of the Ministry of Culture, Government of India, organizes a variety of training programmes for in-service teachers of Govt. & Govt. aided schools.
2. CCRT is organising e-learning workshops on “Integrating Artistic and Cultural Components of Indian Heritage in School Education Refection – NEP 2020 from November, 2021 to March , 2022 which introduces the participants to the rich fabric of artistic and cultural heritage of India. It is designed to give the participants an idea to incorporate various aspects of artistic and cultural expression in Education. On successful completion of the training each participant will be awarded by participation certifcate.

Eligbility Criteria for Selection of Teachers for CCRT Trainings
For deputation of teachers in Basic Foundation Course (online mode), the following are the strict guidelines:- Teachers should be up to 52 years of age.
- Teachers belonging to various disciplines e.g. Language, History, Geography, Civics, Mathematics, Science, Fine Arts,
- Commerce, Economics, Music etc. should be recommended for the workshop. The name of the teacher belonging to Yoga, Physical Education and SUPW disciplines must not be recommended for training. Only one teacher should be recommended from one school at a time for e-learning workshop.
- Teachers from Middle/Secondary/Sr. Secondary schools and teaching classes VI to XII are to be deputed.
- Headmasters/Principals should not be recommended for participation in the e-learning workshop.
- Those teachers who have already attended any E-learning workshop by CCRT should during the current financial year not
- be deputed / recommended again.
- Teachers on contact/probation should not be deputed as only regular teachers are eligible for the Workshop.
- Teachers having a minimum of 02 years of teaching experience should be deputed.
- After completion of the Foundation Course, an e-certificate will be issued to each participant on the basis of complete
- attendance. The attendance on all the days is compulsory for successful completion and award of e-certificate.
- The Training will be in online mode.
- To attend the training programme, teachers will require to arrange only a Laptop/ Desktop/ Tablet/ iPhone/ Android mobile
- phone with internet connection. The teachers will attend the online Training Programme from their respective working places from 09.30 AM to 01.30 PM daily
On the basis of feedback received from few States and UTs for possibilities of conducting online workshop, CCRT has scheduled to organize 07 Basic Foundation for in-service teachers from November, 2021 to March , 2022.
May I request you to depute 10 (ten) in-service teachers from Middle/Secondary/Senior Secondary Government/ Government aided schools of your State/UT and upto 52 years of age, teaching class VI to XII for participation in the Basic Foundation Course in online mode as per details given below:
Guidelines for attending the Training Program:
- To attend the training programme teachers will require to arrange only a Laptop/ Desktop/ Tablet/ iPhone/ Android mobile phone with internet connection. The teachers will attend the online Training Programme from their respective working places from 09.30 AM to 01.30 PM daily.
- You are requested to provide list of teachers with the details of teachers name, designation, e-mail address, Mobile (Whatsapp) No. and School Address at the earliest possible as only 140 teachers from all over the country will be allowed to register on 'first come- first serve basis'.
- The deputation orders issued by your department, adhering to CCRT’s norms, will be treated as the final orders and no further orders for the deputed teachers hereafter will be issued by the CCRT. The list of the deputed teachers for these e-learning workshops may please be sent to us within the mentioned schedule by return e-mail on - ddtrg.ccrt@nic.in or speed post as early as possible:
- In addition to the above, I would also like to inform you that the CCRT is running a District Resource Persons (DRP) Scheme, under which some previously CCRT Trained Teachers doing good work, have been further trained to act as District Resource Person (s).
- As mentioned in the above paragraph, I take this opportunity to request you to issue orders to concerned DEOs/DDPIs/IoS/DDs/CEOs/CIoS/BEO and the DRPs of the districts of your State / UTs as per the details given in the enclosed list, for deputation of Five (05) teachers and upto 52 years of age of Middle/Secondary/Senior Secondary Government/ Government aided schools, for participation in each of the Basic Foundation Course in addition to deputation orders of 10 teachers issued by you.
- The CCRT is planning to continue the teaching learning process with participants who are attending this course till their retirement, if they are working efficiently. Therefore, we request you to kindly depute teachers who are having meritorious background and are enthusiastic towards innovations and having interest in the field of Art and Culture.
