With reference to the letter cited, the following clarification is herewith issued

Issue	Clarification
Enhancement of  remuneration of Green  Ambassadors from  Rs.6000/- to Rs.10,000/- by Commissioner, PR &  RD.	As seen from para 3(m) of GOMS 75 PR&RD  dated 21-06-2018, the honorarium to the  Green Ambassadors is mentioned as Rs.6000/-  only. Unless there exists any orders from  Government to the contrary, as of now only Rs. 6000/- is to be allowed as honorarium to the  Green Ambassadors.
Data Entry Operators(DEOs) salaries from 15 Finance  Commission funds	In the guidelines issued for the utilisation of 14  th FC grants, there is a clause for allowing  salaries of DEOs at para 6.(6)(a). However no  such clause exists in the guidelines for issued for the utilisation of 15 th FC grants. Hence the  salaries of DEOs shouldn’t be allowed from 15  th FC funds.
