In the reference 1st & 2nd cited, the Village/Ward Secretariats’ Employee Association has raised certain issues and requested the Government that the Functionaries who are working in Village/Ward Secretariats are discharging their legitimate duties with utmost honesty and integrity, while discharging duties some of their colleagues are meeting accidents and suffering for Medical expenses. The Families of the Functionaries who lost their lives in accidents are worst affected since these Functionaries are only Primary Bread Earners.
2. In the reference 3rd cited, M/s. FinGo Financial Solutions Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad has advised that if the Village/Ward Secretariats Functionaries open their Salary Saving Bank Account in HDFC Bank they would get the following benefts:
4. If any unwanted incident happens, the claim will be processed and facilitated by the M/s. HDFC Bank.
5. M/s. FinGo Financial Solutions Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad would deploy dedicated Relationship Manager and ensure seamless delivery of services offered by the M/s. HDFC Bank.
6. Neither GVWV&VSWS Department nor Functionaries who open their Salaries Savings Accounts in HDFC need to pay direct or indirect charges / commission either to the M/s. HDFC Bank or M/s. FinGo Financial Solutions Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad.
7. In this regard Joint Collectors (VWS&D) are requested to issue instructions to all Municipal Commissioners / MPDOs with a direction that the Village/Ward Secretariats Functionaries may open their Salary Savings Bank Accounts in HDFC Bank and avail the benefits offered by them in the above para-No. 2. It is open to choice of the Functionaries to open their Salary Savings Bank Accounts in HDFC Bank and avail the benefits.
8. The authorities and employees may coordinate with M/s FinGo Financial Solutions Pvt Limited to avail above services/benefits. M/s. FinGo shall coordinate with the GVWVW&VSWS Department and M/s. HDFC Bank to ensure seamless delivery of benefits.
