3. Relieving certificates and joining reports dt 14.05.2022 of the individuals who are under the orders of IDT transfers.
In view of the instructions issued in the references 1st and 2nd cited, the teachers who were transferred 10 Visakhapatnam District under Inter District Transfers are hereby posted in the places mentioned against their names as per their option exercised in the counselling conducted on 15.05.2022 in the chambers of the District Educational Officer, Visakhapatnam as mentioned in the Annexure-1 (Spouse Category) and Annexure-II (Mutual Category) annexed to these proceedings subject to assign last rank next to the last regular candidate in the new unit of appointment.
The teachers who are posted in the new place postings are requested to report before the concerned the Headmaster/MEO immediately on the AN of 15.05.2022 without fail.
The Mandal Educational Officers / Head Masters concerned are requested to admit the teachers as per the annexure and draw the salaries of teachers from 14.05.2022 i.e, date of reporting to this district and make necessary entries in their service register of the individuals and the MEOs/Headmasters concerned submit the date of joining of the individuals to this office without fail.
The Deputy Director, District Treasury, Visakhapatnam and the Sub-Treasury Officers concerned are requested to admit the bills preferred by the Mandal Educational Officers / Headmasters in respect of the teachers transferred to this district vide reference 1st cited.
The individuals are informed that they are not entitled for TA/DA and joining time as the transfer is effected at their request.
Receipt of these proceedings should be acknowledged and the date of joining of the teachers should be reported promptly
