How to Pay Fee for ReCounting of AP SSC 10th Papers
Payments made in any other mode such as Cash, Demand Drafts shall not be accepted. Only the CFMS Citizen Challans shall be accepted. Separate Challan shall be taken for each Candidate.
Fully filled & Signed Recounting Application
Form which is available on the Official Website www.bse.ap.gov.in.
- The candidates who wish to apply for "Recounting” of their Answer Scripts shall remit an amount of Rs.500/- Per Subject through CFMS Citizen Challan (www.cfms.ap.gov.in) on or before 20-06-2022.
Payments made in any other mode such as Cash, Demand Drafts shall not be accepted. Only the CFMS Citizen Challans shall be accepted. Separate Challan shall be taken for each Candidate.
The Candidates who have paid the required fee through CFMS Challan shall submit the following documents in their concerned erstwhile District's Office of the District Educational Officer which is situated in the erstwhile District Headquarters:
Fully filled & Signed Recounting Application
Form which is available on the Official Website www.bse.ap.gov.in.
- i. The Application form is also available a the counters in the O/o DEO in the concerned erstwhile District Headquarters.
- ii. Photocopy of the Hall Ticket duly countersigned by the Concerned HM.
- iii. CFMS Citizen Challan for the required amount obtained on the Name of the Candidate.
- iv. The filled in application forms along with the above documents will be accepted at the designated counters at the O/o DEOs in the erstwhile District Headquarters only.
Revised Memorandum of Marks will be issued in cases of change of Marks and Total only.
Subject wise Memorandum of Marks will be hosted on the website www.bse.ap.gov.in, two (2) days after the announcement of results in the concerned HM Login.
The Headmaster can download the School wise Memorandum of Marks and individual short memos from the concerned School Login.
The Individual students can also download the Marks Memo of their performance from the official website www.results.bse.ap.gov.in directly
Instructions to candidates regarding Re-Counting of valued answer scripts
Instructions/Guidelines Latest 2022- 1) The application should be submitted directly at Counters Constituted at designated points to be announced by the District Educational Officers concerned at erstwhile District Headquarters
- 2) Application format is kept in the website www.bse.ap.gov.in
- 3) The prescribed fee for each subject is Rs.500/-
- 4) Enclose Xerox copy of Hall ticket, Dummy memo of marks, if not, the application will be summarily rejected.
- 5) Fee paid once will not be refunded under any circumstances.
- 6) Applications sending by post/courier service will not be accepted.
- 7) Fee paid by way of drawing Demand Drafts and Bankers Cheques will not be accepted.
- 8) Enclose oneself addressed envelope without stamps.
- 9) The appeal for undervaluation or over valuation shall not be considered under any circumstances.
- 10) The e-Payment / Manual Payment through Challan Reference Form has to be paid by the individual candidate only and no group e-Payment / Manual Payment through Challan Reference Form will be accepted.
Provisions included in Re Counting:
- 1) Re totalling
- 2) Whether marks for all answers are posted or not.
- 3) Re-Counting as per the Principles of valuation for only those answers which are unvalued. Unvalued answers will be valued and marks will be awarded.
If the candidate concerned fails to comply with the instruction in returning the memo, he has to face the consequences if his certificate referred for Counting at a later date.
The Department is not responsible for the action of the candidate

How to Pay Online Fee for AP 10th Re-Counting. Procedure to AP SSC 10th Results Re-Counting Online Fee pay through e-Payment / Payment in SBI through Challan Reference Form
- i) Visit website: https://cfms.ap.gov.in
- ii) Go to Citizen Services and click on Receipts Links and then click on Citizen Challan
- iii) Select Department as ESE03 – Government Examinations Dept
- iv) Select Service as 1048 (Recounting of Marks to SSC and Other Minor Exam Candidates)
- v) Click on Submit
- vi) Fill the Details of Purpose, Remitter Name, Remitter ID, Address, Mobile No., E-Mail ID, Amount in Rs., etc.
- vii) Select any one of the option Manual Payment / e-Payment
Option1: e-Payment
- a. If e-Payment is selected then click on submit
- b. Select any one of the payment gateway option SBI / Payu Money
- c. Choose appropriate payment option i.e. Debit Card / Credit Card / Netbanking etc.
- d. Pay the amount and take the printout of the Acknowledgement
Option2: Manual Payment
- a. If Manual Payment is selected then click on submit
- b. It will show CFMS Transaction ID, Total amount, Bank Reference No., Bank Status c. Click on Print d. It will generate Challan Reference Form and take print out of the same and pay the amount in SBI.
