Promotion seniority lists are releasing by the District Educational Offices. Teachers whose names are missing in the Promotion seniority list should inform to DEO Office for adding their names. Missing teachers data can be added by submitting the appeal proforma through proper channel. By submitting the Teachers Promotion Seniority List the following actions can be done:
- Request to add the missing names in the Promotion seniority list
- Request to verify the seniority list seniority position and alter the seniority position
- Raising objection of any improper names added in the data.
How to Submit the Promotion List appeal proforma
To submit the grievance on the promotion seniority list first download the APPEAL format in PDF or Work format. Download Link is given below.
- Fill all the Columns in the APPEAL FORMAT
- Attach all the evidences (Certificates, SR Xerox etc)
- Verify all the columns once with respect to Certificates and SR
- Sign the format and get it signed by the DDO (MEO or Gz HM)
- Submit the Objection/ Appeal format in DEO Office concerned section.
- After verification the objection/ appeal will be considered.
