Graduate & Teacher MLC Voter Registration Schedule - Instructions for 2022 MLC Elections. The Graduate and Teacher MLC Notification has been released by Election Commission of India. Accordingly the Graduate Voter Registration / Enrolment, Teacher Voter Enrolment Registration has been started. The State Election Commission has released the schedule and instructions for enrolment of Voters in Graduate / Teacher MLC Constituencies ( Graduates' Constituency; Teachers' Constituency 2022). Detailed Schedule, Instructions are explained below. Graduate MLC Constituency & Teacher MLC Constituency Voter Enrolment Schedule 2022-23.
Accordingly, the electoral rolls of the above-mentioned Graduates' and Teachers' Constituencies 'shall be prepared afresh with reference to 01.11.2022 as qualifying date in accordance with the prescribed schedule and after following due procedure and guidelines contained in the Commission's comprehensive instructions as circulated vide letter No. 37/LC/INST/EC1/FUNC/ERD/ER/2016, dated 5th September 2016.
Form-18 and Form-19 in respect of Graduate and Teachers' constituency have slightly been modified vide notification dated 17th lune, 2022 by M/© Law and Justice, Govt of India and the same will be effective from 11 August 2022. it is made amply clear that submission of Aadhaar number in the field provided in the .
As for preservation of Form-18/19 in hard copy containing. Aadhaar number, the
provisions of Regulation 14(1)(mb) of Aadhaar (Authentication and Offline Verification) Regulations,. 2022 (No. 2 of 2021) shall be strictly followed which says that Aadhaar .numbers collected through .physical forms or photocopies of Aadhaar letters shall be masked by. the requested entity by redacting the first 8 digits of the Aadhaar number before storing the physical copies. Such collected Form-18/19 along with attachment, after digitisation, shall be kept in safe custody with double lock by EROs.. Severe disciplinary action will be initiated against EROs for any leakages of physical Forms in public. domain.

Form-18/19 by the applicant is on voluntary basis, and the applicant shall neither be insisted to provide the same nor his/her non-submission of the same be ground of rejection of his/her application.
