In exercise of the powers conferred by section 27 (3) (a) of the Representation of the People Act, 1950 (Central Act XUII of 1950), the Governor of Arithra Pradesh hereby directs, with the concurrence of the Election Commission of India that for the purpose of elections to the Legislative Council of the State of Andhra Pradesh in the Graduates Constituencies, each of the qualifications specified in the schedule below shall be deemed to be equivalent to that of a Graduate of a University in the territory of India

Eligibility for Enrol as Graduate Voter in MLC Elections 2022
- Qualifying Date 1st Nov 2022.
- All degrees issued by recognized Universities / Deemed Universities which require a minimum of 15 years of study at school and College level.
- Must have completed the Degree before 1st Nov 2019.
- Must be completed 18 Years of age as on the qualifying date (Nov 2022)
Explanation of the Eligibility Criteria:
Qualifications criteria explanation:- All the Degrees issued by the Recognized Universities/ Deemed Universities are accepted
- Degrees issued by recognised Open Universities like Dr BRAOU and IGNOU are accepted
- Candidate must study 15 years of study at school and College for acquiring Degree/ Diploma
- Candidates without Inter (Direct Degree after 10th) are not accepted as they have not completed 15 years of study
- 10th + Diploma Not accepted
- 10th + Degree Not accepted
- The Graduation must be completed before 1st November 2019

పట్టభద్రుల శాసనమండలి ఓటర్ల నమోదు షెడ్యూల్
గ్రాడ్యుయేట్ ఎమ్మెల్సీ ఎన్నికల కోసం ఓటర్ల నమోదు కార్యక్రమాన్ని అక్టోబర్ 1 నుంచి ప్రారంభిస్తారు. వారం రోజుల పాటు ఈ కార్యక్రమాన్ని నిర్వహిస్తారు.- అక్టోబరు 1 నుంచి నవంబరు 7వరకు ఓటర్ల నుంచి దరఖాస్తులు స్వీకరిస్తారు.
- నవంబరు 23న ముసాయిదా ఓటరు జాబితా విడుదల చేస్తారు.
- డిసెంబరు 9వ తేదీ వరకు అభ్యంతరాల స్వీకరిస్తారు.
- డిసెంబరు 30న తుది ఓటరు జాబితాను ప్రకటిస్తారు.

- త్వరలో జరిగే గ్రాడ్యుయేట్ ఎమ్మెల్సీ ఎన్నికకు 2019 అక్టోబరు నాటికి డిగ్రీ పూర్తి చేసి ఉండాలి.
- 10వ తరగతి అనంతరం దూరవిద్య ద్వారా డిగ్రీ చదివిన వారు ఓటు హక్కు పొందడానికి అనర్హులుగా ప్రకటించారు.
- 10వ తరగతి ఉత్తీర్ణులైన తర్వాత మూడేళ్ల డిప్లమో కోర్సు చేసినా అనర్హులేనని అధికారులు ప్రకటించారు.
- పది తర్వాత, ఇంటర్‌, తర్వాత మూడేళ్ల డిగ్రీ చేసిన వారు రెగ్యులర్‌ విద్యా విధానంలో చదివి ఉండాలి.
- ఓటరు నమోదు దరఖాస్తుతో పాటు డిగ్రీ ధ్రువపత్రం, ఆధార్‌ కార్డు నకళ్లు సమర్పించాలి.
- వాటిని గెజిటెడ్‌ అధికారి ధ్రువీకరించాలి.
- దరఖాస్తుపై కలర్‌ పాస్‌పోర్టు సైజు ఫొటో అతికించాల్స ఉంటుంది.
