School PFMS Account Balance Check Direct Link -Detailed Procedure. All the Schools Accounts have changed to PFMS system from CFMS System 2022. All the Samagra Siksha Grants are now released through the PFMS System to Schools. The concerned Head Masters can check the Balance status of their School PFMS Grants credit to their school using the Direct link provided below. The Public Financial Management System (PFMS) is a web-based online software application developed and implemented by the Controller General of Accounts (CGA), Department of Expenditure, Ministry of Finance, Government of India. PFMS started during 2009 with the objective of tracking funds released under all Plan schemes of Government of India, and real time reporting of expenditure at all levels of Programme implementation. 

Subsequently, the scope was enlarged to cover direct payment to beneficiaries under all Schemes. Gradually, it has been envisaged that digitization of accounts shall be achieved through PFMS and beginning with Pay & Accounts Offices payments, the O/o CGA did further value addition by bringing in more financial activities of the Government of India in the ambit of PFMS. The outputs / deliverables for the various modes / functions of PFMS include (but are not limited to):

Payment & Exchequer Control Accounting of Receipts (Tax & Non-Tax)

Compilation of Accounts and Preparation of Fiscal Reports
Integration with Financial Management Systems of States

• పాఠశాల PFMS ACCOUNT నందు జమ అయిన మొత్తము ఎంతో తెలుసుకోవటం.
• ముందుగా ఇక్కడ ఇచ్చిన లింకు ఓపేన్ చేయాలి 
• తరువాత మీ బ్యాంక్ పేరు ఎంటర్ చేయాలి 
• తరువాత మీ స్కూల్ PFMS అకౌంటు నెంబర్ ఎంటర్ చేయాలి 
• మళ్ళీ తరువాతి బాక్స్ లో కూడా మీ స్కూల్ PFMS  అకౌంటు నెంబర్ కన్ఫర్మ్ చేయుట కొరకు ఎంటర్ చేయాలి 
• తరువాత సెక్యూరిటీ కోడ్ ఎంటర్ చేయాలి 
• తరువాత Send OTP to your Register Mobile Number మీద క్లిక్ చేయాలి 
• మీ మొబైలు కు OTP  వస్తుంది 
• దానిని అక్కడ ఇచ్చిన బాక్స్ లో ఎంటర్ చేయాలి 
• తరువాత స్క్రీన్ లో మీ  PFMS ACCOUNT బ్యాలెన్స్ వస్తుంది.
