It is hereby informed that as per the directions given by the Hon'ble High Court in the pending Writ Petitions the Government of Andhra Pradesh have accorded permission to the Commissioner of School Education to ensure that the mandate of the Government of providing subject teachers to all the schools mentioned in G.0.117 Dt 10.06.2022 and G.O. 128 Dt 13.07.2022 by manning vacant posts/deficit school assistant posts is filled up by adjustment of surplus subject teachers and by eligible senior SGTs as these SGTs will be able to differentiate themselves with the normal SGTs as SGTs with subject teacher allowance.

Further, the Commissioner of Schoo! Education, AP, Amaravathi has given instructions vide reference 2nd cited to adjust all the surplus subject teachers in the concerned subject who are identified as per G.O.Ms. No 117 Dt 10.06.2022 and G.O 128 Dt 13.07.2022 to the vacant posts/deficit schools identified as per the above said G.O.

Accordingly, the surplus working subject teachers in the concerned subjects are identified taking erstwhile district as unit and adjusted them into vacant needy posts / deficit posts subject wise and the list of teachers adjusted and adjustment orders are herewith communicated to the Dy.Educational Officers concerned and Mandal Educational Officers concerned through District Educational Officers of new districts Le. Anakapall and Alluri Sitarama Raju districts, with a request to download the orders of their respective jurisdiction and communicate the orders to the Headmasters and Mandal Educational Officers concerned duly obtaining acknowledgements and furnish the same to this office for onward submission of same to the Commissioner of School Education, AP, Amaravathi.

Further, the District Educational Officers Anakapalli and Alluri Sitarama Raju Districts are requested to ensure that all the adjusted surplus subject teachers should join in their newly adjusted places immediately and furnish number of teachers relieved and joined to this office for onward submission the same to the Commissioner of School Education, AP, Amaravathi within two days.
