Read the following:-
G.O.Ms.No.16. Finance (I 1RM.1) Department, dt.26.02.2016.
ORDER:
Government after careful examination of the proposals received from the concerned administrative departments. hereby accord permission to the appointing authorities to appoint the following contract personnel on regular basis against the sanctioned posts, in terms of the orders issued in the reference read above. with effect from the date of issue of appointment orders.

The above administrative departments and HoDs shall take necessary further action for issue of individual name wise orders and appointment orders in terms of the proposals submitted by them. They shall also ensure that the appointments are made against sanctioned clear vacancies, no senior eligible person in overlooked or omitted and due verification of the relevant documents / certificates is made.
