The Regional Joint Director of Intermediate Education in the State are informed that in the reference read above, the Government have permitted to effect the transfers of employees in the Department of Intermediate Education and issued guidelines to complete the process on or before 15.06.2023. Copy of GO.Rt.No.82, dt.23.05.2023 is herewith communicated.
Accordingly, the following procedure should be followed while undertaking the transfer exercise:

Accordingly, the following procedure should be followed while undertaking the transfer exercise:
- 1. The eligible candidate should upload through online the relevant details from his/her login.
- 2. The Principals concerned should verify all the relevant details uploaded by each candidate and certify the correctness of the data.
- 3. The details uploaded through online should be authentic. If any wrong is found in the information uploaded by the candidate, it will be viewed seriously.
- 4. The list of eligible candidates applied will be published in the portal for validation as per the entitlement points awarded in the descending order. One day time will be given for claiming objections if any and they will be examined and disposed.
- 5. The validated list of eligible candidates shall be used for exercising the transfers.
- 6. The authority effecting transfers will be noticed the existing vacancies subject-wise, College- wise and Zone-wise.
- 7. The candidates figured in the list of valid eligible candidates should only exercise their options for transfer through online only.
- 8. Allotment of places will be done by the system on automaton basis.
- 9. Posting order can be downloaded by each candidate through online and he/should join in respective allotted place with immediate effect.
- 10. In view of the above, web based counselling process will be done in a transparent manner and any undue influence is strictly prohibited
