JAGANANNA ANIMUTYALU (STATE BRILLIANCE AWARDS) - Felicitation Program to the meritorious students who have secured the top three highest marks in SSC Public Examinations, April-2023 from the schools, which are under different Government Managements and who have secured top marks in each group of MPC, BiPC, HEC and CEC/MEC in Intermediate Public Examinations, March-2023 from the colleges, which are under different Government Managements-Orders Issued.

ORDER:
The Government of Andhra Pradesh has initiated various flagship programs to improve the School Education value chain and provide excellent facilities in Government Schools with the objective of improving the outcomes of children studying in Government Schools and Colleges, to make them future Global Citizens. In order to compensate the loss of wages of mothers of the school going children annual financial assistance of Rs.15,000/ is being credited to the bank accounts of the eligible mothers under "Jagananna Ammavodi" Scheme. The Government have spent Rs.19,617.6 Crores for the Jagananna Ammavodi Scheme in the last three years.
2. To develop the school infrastructure and to make the environment conducive to learning, Government has taken up the prestigious program MANA BADI-NAADU NEDU. The program aims at providing and strengthening 11 components in all Govt. schools in a phased manner. i)Toilets with running water (ii) ) Drinking water supply (iii) Major and Minor repairs (iv) Electrification with fans and tube lights (v) Furniture for students and staff (vi) Green chalkboards (vii) Painting (viii) English lab (ix) Compound wall, (x) Kitchen Shed and (xi) Additional Class Rooms. The Government have spent more than Rs.13,000 crores on the Manabadi-Nadu Nedu Scheme.
3. To improve the participation of the children, Government is providing Jagananna Vidya Kanuka (JVK) Kits, at the time of opening of the Schools in a timely manner, for the last 3 years. Each JVK consists of a bag, 3 pairs of uniforms with stitching charge, a belt, a pair of shoes and two pairs of socks, textbooks, notebooks, workbooks, and an English-to-Telugu Oxford Dictionary.
4. The Government of Andhra Pradesh has set up the Toilet Maintenance Fund {TMF) for maintaining the cleanliness of the Toilets, Urinals, dress change rooms, washbasins, and other associated items of the toilet complexes in all the government schools and all the Government Junior Colleges in Rural and Urban areas.
5. To provide Digital Learning Tabs were given to the 8th Class students with pre-loaded Byju's Content. Interactive Flat Panels {IFP) and internet connectivity is being provided to all the schools in the State.
6. Government have appointed Subject teachers from the 3rd Class onwards and by reforming the Assessment System, the Government of Andhra Pradesh conducting 4 Formative Assessments and 2 Summative Assessments every year for all classes from 1st to 10th. The Formative and Summative assessments are conducting for all the schools of the state on the same date
7. The Government have revitalized the Mid-Day Meal (MDM) programme by providing nutritive, healthy, and tastier food under Jagananna Gorumudda Scheme. Five eggs per week and three peanut jaggery (chikki) are being served to the children and spending 3 times more than the expenditure of the other states. Ragi Java also proving to all the students thrice a week to address malnutrition among students.
8. In continuation of the reforms in the Education Sector and to promote quality and excellence in Education and to encourage and appreciate the students, Government hereby decided to conduct a Felicitation program to the meritorious students, who have secured top three highest marks in SSC Public Examinations, April-2023 from the schools, which are under different Government Management and who have secured top marks in each group of MPC, BiPC, HEC and CEC/MEC in Intermediate Public Examinations, March-2023, and Intermediate Public Examinations, March-2023, under the name of "JAGANANNA ANIMUTYALU (STATE BRILLIANCE AWARDS)".
b. The Mandal Educational Officer of the concerned Mandal of Assembly constituency will be appointed as Convener to conduct and coordinate for successful completion of the program as per Government protocol, without any deviation.
c. The students who have secured the top three highest Marks in SSC Public Examinations April-2023, put together from all the Government management schools, and the Top One student, who has secured the highest Marks in each group of MPC, BiPC, HEC, and CEC/MEC irrespective of Government Management in Intermediate Public Examinations, March-2023 will be selected in each Assembly Constituency of Andhra Pradesh, as each assembly constituency is considered as one unit.
d. A Medal and Merit Certificate will be given to the students to be selected, a Memento to the School and a shawl to the Head Master of the concerned school, and a shawl to both the parents of the students.
e. A cash reward of Rs.15,000, Rs.10,000 and Rs.5,000 will be given to the students who have secured top three highest marks in Constituency level in SSC Public Examinations, April-2023 respectively.
f. A cash reward of Rs.15,000/-,will be given to Top One Student in each group of MPC, BiPC, HEC and CEC/MEC in the Intermediate Public Examinations, March-2023.
b. The DEO of the concerned District is appointed as the Convener to conduct and coordinate with the District Collector for successful completion of the program as per Government protocol in each district without any deviation.
c. The students who have secured the top three highest Marks in SSC Public Examinations April-2023 will be selected in each District of Andhra Pradesh, from the schools under each Government Management from total 8 managements (Govt, ZP, and Municipal schools considered as one management) and Top one student who have secured the highest Marks in each group of MPC, BiPC, HEC, and CEC/MEC from each Government Management (Total 7 Managements) in Intermediate Public Examinations March-2023, as each District is considered as one unit.
d. A Medal and Merit certificate will be given to the students to be selected, a Memento to the School and a shawl to the Head Master of the concerned school, and a shawl to both the parents of the students.
e. A cash reward of Rs.50,000, Rs.30,000, and Rs.15,000 will be given to the students who have secured the top three highest marks in SSC Public Examinations, April-2023 respectively.
f. A Cash reward of Rs.50,000/- will be given to Top One student in each group of MPC, BiPC, HEC and CEC/MEC in the Intermediate Public Examinations, March-2023.
b. The students who have secured the top three highest Marks in SSC Public Examinations April-2023 will be selected in the state of Andhra Pradesh from the schools under each Government management from total 9 managements ( Govt., ZP, and Municipal schools considered as one management) as the State is considered as one unit.
c. The top student who has secured the highest Marks in each group of MPC, BiPC, HEC, and CEC/MEC from each Government management (Total 7 Managements) in Intermediate Public Examinations March-2023, will be selected in Andhra Pradesh.
d. A Medal and Merit certificate will be given to the students to be selected, a Memento to the School and a shawl to the Headmaster concerned school and a shawl to both the parents of the students.
e. A cash reward of Rs.1,00,000, Rs.75,000, and Rs.50,000 will be given to the students who have secured the top three highest marks in SSC Public Examinations, April-2023 respectively.
f. Cash Reward of Rs.1,00,000 will be given to the Top One student in each group of MPC, BiPC, HEC and CEC/MEC in the Intermediate Public Examinations, March-2023.
9. The Commissioner of School Education, the Commissioner of Intermediate Education, and all the District Collectors in the State shall take further necessary action in the matter, accordingly.

JAGANANNA ANIMUTYALU AT THE ASSEMBLY CONSTITUENCY LEVEL
a. The Program is to be held on 25/05/2023 in Mandal Head Quarter of the Assembly constituency.b. The Mandal Educational Officer of the concerned Mandal of Assembly constituency will be appointed as Convener to conduct and coordinate for successful completion of the program as per Government protocol, without any deviation.
c. The students who have secured the top three highest Marks in SSC Public Examinations April-2023, put together from all the Government management schools, and the Top One student, who has secured the highest Marks in each group of MPC, BiPC, HEC, and CEC/MEC irrespective of Government Management in Intermediate Public Examinations, March-2023 will be selected in each Assembly Constituency of Andhra Pradesh, as each assembly constituency is considered as one unit.

a. The Program is to be held on 27/05/2023 in the District Head Quarter.b. The DEO of the concerned District is appointed as the Convener to conduct and coordinate with the District Collector for successful completion of the program as per Government protocol in each district without any deviation.
c. The students who have secured the top three highest Marks in SSC Public Examinations April-2023 will be selected in each District of Andhra Pradesh, from the schools under each Government Management from total 8 managements (Govt, ZP, and Municipal schools considered as one management) and Top one student who have secured the highest Marks in each group of MPC, BiPC, HEC, and CEC/MEC from each Government Management (Total 7 Managements) in Intermediate Public Examinations March-2023, as each District is considered as one unit.
d. A Medal and Merit certificate will be given to the students to be selected, a Memento to the School and a shawl to the Head Master of the concerned school, and a shawl to both the parents of the students.
e. A cash reward of Rs.50,000, Rs.30,000, and Rs.15,000 will be given to the students who have secured the top three highest marks in SSC Public Examinations, April-2023 respectively.

a. The Program is to be held on 31/05/2023 in Vijayawada.b. The students who have secured the top three highest Marks in SSC Public Examinations April-2023 will be selected in the state of Andhra Pradesh from the schools under each Government management from total 9 managements ( Govt., ZP, and Municipal schools considered as one management) as the State is considered as one unit.
c. The top student who has secured the highest Marks in each group of MPC, BiPC, HEC, and CEC/MEC from each Government management (Total 7 Managements) in Intermediate Public Examinations March-2023, will be selected in Andhra Pradesh.
d. A Medal and Merit certificate will be given to the students to be selected, a Memento to the School and a shawl to the Headmaster concerned school and a shawl to both the parents of the students.
e. A cash reward of Rs.1,00,000, Rs.75,000, and Rs.50,000 will be given to the students who have secured the top three highest marks in SSC Public Examinations, April-2023 respectively.
