ORDER:
All Regional Joint Directors of School Education in the State are directed to fill up the vacant posts of Mandal Educational Officers-I in their respective zones with the Headmasters Grade-II of Government Management (by transfer based on seniority and willingness), subject to the outcome of all the
Writ Petition(AT)s/Writ Petitions/ Contempt cases and SLP, if any pending before the Hon'ble Courts.
Further, all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education Officers in the State are requested to strictly adhere the following guidelines and rules in force and schedule (annexed) without any deviation and complete the exercise in transparent manner.

ORDER:
All Regional Joint Directors of School Education in the State are directed to fill up the vacant posts of Mandal Educational Officers-I in their respective zones with the Headmasters Grade-II of Government Management (by transfer based on seniority and willingness), subject to the outcome of all the

The guidelines are detailed below.
- i. The MEO-I post shall be filled by taking the respective zone as Unit of appointment as was done previously in case of the HM grade-II of Government Management.
- ii. Prepare the seniority list of Gr-II HM/MEO of Government Management in respective zone @1:2 ratio as per the Guide Line-i .
- iii. Counselling shall be conducted calling the eligible MEO/Gr-II HM of Government Management as per the seniority and instructions issued above to exercise their option for posting as MEO-I.
