The Higher Education Dept in AP has released the G.O.Rt.No.144 Dated:11.10.2023, identifying 523 Vacancies in Andhra University for Recruitment 2023. The Vacancies include Asst Professor Vacancies, Associate Professors, Professors in AU.

ORDER:-
In pursuance of the orders of the Hon'ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh vide references 1st and 2nd read above, in the references 3rd to 9th and 11th read above, the Secretary, A.P. State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE), Mangalagiri, has furnished the details of vacancies to be filled with regard to Backlog vacancies and Regular Vacancies, after rationalization of faculty positions in respect of 18 Universities under the administrative control of Higher Education Department, has requested the Government to issue necessary orders for the Universities to take up the recruitment process.
2. Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord permission for filling up of 523 vacant faculty positions in Andhra University as detailed hereunder:
3. The Secretary, A.P. State Council of Higher Education and the Registrar, Andhra University shall take immediate necessary action for issue of appropriate recruitment Notifications, duly following the procedure laid down in the Act/Statutes/Regulations of the University.

4. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance Department vide their U.O. No. HROPDPP/337/2023 (Computer No.2221162), dated 06.10.2023.
