AP Inter Digilocker Certificates 2023 Download | Digilocker Certificates Valid on par with Originals. AP Board of Intermediate Education has uploaded the AP Intermediate Original Certificates in Official Digilocker Website. The BIE AP has clarified that the Certificates downloaded from Digilocker are valid on par with Original Certificates vide Proc Rc.No.10/C26/2023-24, Dt:06/10/2023.
The Secretary of BIE AP has written a Letter to all the Registrars of Universities, IITs, IIITs and made it clear that the Digital Certificates may be treated as authenticated documents at par with Original Physical copies for all purposes as recognized by Government of India notification at Annexure-1 under rule 9A of notification dt:08.02.2017, at Annexure-2.

It is to inform that the Board of Intermediate Education, A.P, Tadepalli has already issued Memorandum of Marks (Including Result) immediately after declaration of the results i.e on 26.04.2323 (IPE) & 13.06.2023 (IPASE) and made available for downloading by the students from the official website of BIEAP i.e www.bieap.apcfss.in to take admissions for their higher studies. These certificates are valid for all kind of admissions as they are officially issued and hosted by the BIEAP.
Further all the Pass Certificates of Intermediate Public Examination of March 2023 and May 2023 including the certificates from the year 2014 were made available in DigiLocker. These Pass Certificates in DigiLocker system are deemed to be at par with Original Physical Pass certificates as per Rule 9A of the Information Technology (Preservation and Retention of Information by Intermediaries proving Rules, 2016 (Section 87 read with section 6A and 67C of IT Act, 2000) and G.O Rt.No. 65, Information Technology, Electronics & Communications (eGOV) Department, Govt. of A.P,dt:16-09-2020.

DigiLocker is a platform to access the documents and certificates issued by the certified Authority and verified the same in a digital way, thus eliminating the use of physical documents. So there is a need to adopt DigiLocker platform for providing/accepting documents/certificates in digital form.
Hence, the memorandum of Marks (Including Result) and the Pass Certificates of Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh which were made available at DigiLocker may be treated as authenticated documents at par with Original Physical copies for all purposes as recognized by Government of India notification at Annexure-1 under rule 9A of notification dt:08.02.2017, at Annexure-2.

How to Sign-up Digilocker
In the Digilocker Website/APP first Click on SIGNUP Button.
- Enter Your Full Name as appeared in your SSC Certificate/Inter Certificate
- Enter Date of Birth
- Select Gender
- Enter Mobile Number
- Enter Email ID
- Set 6 Digit Security PIN of your own choice.
An OTP will be sent to your Mobile Number. Enter the OTP and move further
Enter Your Aadhar Number Click on Next
Enter the Aadhar OTP received on your mobile
Click on Submit. Your Registration/ Signup Process is Over
How to Login for Digilocker Certificate
- Click on the Official Digilocker Website/ APP
- Click on LOGIN Button /[Signin]
- Enter the Mobile Number and 6 Digit Security PIN
- Enter the OTP received on Mobile
- Click on Submit and Login
How to Download Certificate/ Search Certificate in Digi Locker
After Successful Login, Click on Search Documents from the Menu Bar.
- To Download Aadhar, Search as UIDAI and Click the Result which appears.
- To Download the Inter Certificates, First Click on Andhra Pradesh LOGO available in States Section,
- Then Click on Education Section
- Click on Board of Intermediate Logo and Click on Class 12 Marks Sheet.
- Get your document by entering the required details
- Name (as per Aadhaar), Certificate No, Passed Year
- Then Click on Get Document
- The System search your document and Download Link is provided on the Screen.
- The Intermediate Certificate can be download in PDF Format. That's it.
All the Downloaded Certificates can be downloaded from ISSUED Documents Section.
