Through comprehensive market research, the government identified an organization, LIQVID English Edge, which has demonstrated exemplary work in enhancing English language proficiency, communication skills, and employability digitally LIQVID, aligned with the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR), is endorsed by reputable institutions such as the British Council, Pearson, Cambridge University Press, MacMillan, Aditya Birla Foundation, and Wiley. With a proven track record of serving over 2.5 million learners in the past two decades and leveraging insights from 100 million learner data points, LIQVID has designed class and age- appropriate e-content tailored to the specific needs of students
LIQVID's notable contributions extend to English language learning solutions for organizations such as Cairn India. The Allahabad University, Fair and Lovely Foundation, Frankfinn, Global Logic, Indian Military Academy, Letting, and Odisha Model Tribal Educational Society.
In light of these considerations, the government has approached LOVID with a request to provide content free of cost for the current academic year to students in Government Schools of Andhra Pradesh, especially those from economically disadvantaged backgrounds
To facilitate the effective implementation of this program, a one-day training session with the LIQVID English Edge team for teachers (SRGs) on TOEFL content for the academic year 2023-2024 is scheduled for 28-11- 2023. The venue for the training programs is M-Convention Hall, Near Ramavarappadu Ring, Vijayawada. The Director, SCERT, has urged the necessary arrangements for the training program to be expedited.
Therefore, we kindly request all District Educational Officers in the state to identify four English Teachers (School Assistants) and issue the necessary orders for their attendance at the training program without fail. The training will take place at M-Convention Hall, Ramavarappadu Ring, Vijayawada, on 28-11-2023, starting at 9:00 AM Travel allowances and daily allowances will be provided in accordance with norms.

TOEFL Training by LIQVID for State Resource Groups from 28th Nov 2023
The Attention of all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and all the District Educational Officers in the state are invited to the reference cited above. As part of the government's commitment to innovative changes in the field of School Education, TOEFL has been introduced as a subject from class 3 to class 9 in all Government Management Schools across the State from the academic year 2023-24.
