Title: Fostering Effective Communication in Schools: A Nonviolent Communication Session for School HeadsObjective:
The primary objective of this session is to equip school heads with the principles and skills of Nonviolent Communication (NVC) to enhance interpersonal communication, resolve conflicts, and create a more harmonious and empathetic school environment.

11th December - School Head Complex Meetings Session-4
Session time: 11:45 am-1 pm Session outcomes1. All the Teach Tool observers (HM’s & CRP’s) will be able to identify the present status of Teach Tool Observations (District-wise) and understand the measures taken by the State to enable all observers to be active and meet their target observation count.
2. All the teachers who are observed in Teach Tool classroom observations will be able to watch the Teach videos from their Facial Attendance App. In the classroom, teachers will be able to apply the strategies/practices of the Teach Tool learned from the Teach videos.
3. All teachers will be able to discuss the commonly occurring queries on the Firki app.
4. All teachers will develop an understanding of the components of English teaching and instructional strategies for the components by discussing Module 2 of the course.

chool Complex Meetings/Training Agenda for December 2023 – Primary School Complex
Session 2: Preparation for training for grade 1 & 2 teachers and Anganwadi Workers.
Time: 45mins - 9.30 am to 10.15 am
About training - 5mins
The course training was segregated into two courses 60-day and 120-day certificate course, the 60-day certificate course is where the grade 1&2 teachers are being trained and the 120-day certificate course is for Anganwadi workers who are being trained on FLN which covers the aspects of Play-based learning in early grades, Parent and community engagement for child’s learning and Assessment in early years.
Flow of training
In the Implementation of this certificate course, the department developed the cascades mode of training which is the first layer of training for KRPs (Key Resource persons) at state-level team members and the second layer of training was given to District Resource Persons (DRPs) at the district level team members and the third layer of training is for ground level grade 1&2 teachers (SGTs) and Anganwadi workers across the state.
Certification Course
The 120-day and 60-day certificate courses are aimed at Anganwadi workers and Grade 1&2 schoolteachers across Andhra Pradesh. The specific component of the program includes topics related to early childhood education and child development.
The courses aim to improve the knowledge and skills of Anganwadi teachers and provide them with the tools they need to provide better education to children in their communities. The Department of School Education provides credit-based certification to Anganwadi workers and grade teachers who have completed the respective courses of Gnana Jyothi and Gnana Prakash.

Background- As per NEP 2020, the foundational stage indicates PP1 to Grade 1 & 2 in this regrade AP state for the first time initiated 10988 co-located schools in the state.
