TechBee is an early career program,is an exclusive global job program for students looking for financial independence after completing Class XII. Candidates undergo 6-12 months of training, earning a stipend of Rs 10,000 per month during the internship. They are then hired for full-time IT Jobs with HCLTech at a starting salary of Rs 1.70 to Rs 2.20 Lakh per annum. While working, candidates pursue their graduation with BITS PIlani, IIIT Kottayam, SASTRA University, Amity University online, IIM Nagpur or KL University.

Career Path in HCL TechBee
Students who join TechBee – HCL’s Early Career Program undergo 12 months of intensive training post which they start their careers in Application & Software Development, Infrastructure Management Support, Design Engineer, etc. This career path has been designed to give an early-start advantage to the students. In 5 years time, students will have 4 years of professional IT experience with a global organization and simultaneously a degree from prestigious institutions like BITS Pilani, IIM Nagpur, IIIT Kottayam, Amity University Online, KL University or SASTRA University.Classroom Training Duration: 6 to 9 months
Candidates undergo 6 to 9 months of rigorous classroom training, during which they learn the fundamentals of IT, including programing languages and relevant industry tools, processes and certifications. The amalgamation of technical training along with communication and personal grooming lessons ensures that HCL TechBee scholars metamorphose into industry-ready working professionals.
On-The-Job Training Duration: 3 to 6 months
The next 3 to 6 months of the program are focused towards On-the-Job Training where candidates work on live projects at HCLTech, and become ready for their full-time roles. Scholars who successfully complete HCL TechBee Program join HCLTech as IT Engineers.
Higher Education Duration: 3 to 4 years for UG Program
While working as a full-time employee at HCLTech, candidate enroll in work-integrated higher education program. Can candidates pursue higher education?
Yes. Candidates upon completion of this training program and successful deployment at HCLTech have to enroll for a work-integrated learning program offered by HCLTech’s partner universities to complete their UG and PG degrees. At present, HCLTech has partnered with Amity University online, IIM Nagpur, SASTRA University, IIIT Kottayam, KL University and BITS Pilani.
KL University offers a 3 year BCA program.
SASTRA University offers a 3-year BCA program. On completion, candidates can enroll for 2 years of MCA/M.Sc.
Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani (BITS) offers a 4-year B.Sc. program. Candidates willing to study further can enroll for Master programs from the same university.
Amity University Online offers 3-year BBA, B.Com, BCA and B.Sc. programs. University also offers 2-year MBA and MCA programs.
IIM Nagpur offers a 5 year Integrated Management Program. Classes for this programs will be conducted online.
IIIT Kottayam offers a 6 year Integrated M.Tech. Classes for this program would be held online during the weekends.
Are these degrees recognised?
Yes, degrees offered by all the partner universities are recognized by the UGC and various other state and national commissions.

Can a candidate apply for PG from HCLTech partner universities after completing UG from non-partner university?
No. It is an integrated course offering, both UG and PG will have to be done in the same University.
What will be the mode of course delivery?
The mode of the program will be informed to students upon registration.
Is the UG / PG course fee funded by HCLTech?
HCLTech will reimburse the course fee partially for higher education. The reimbursement of the course fee* will be paid to the candidates, and the candidates will have to pay the fees to the university. Also, the course fee reimbursement will be done on a semester by semester basis, provided the candidate has cleared all the requirements of the previous semester. *The graduation course will be reimbursed for all candidates, but the reimbursement for post- graduation will be applicable only to candidates who clear a minimum performance level (GP and above)

If someone fails in the Exam for a Course, what can she / he do?
He / she can submit the Application Form for a re-exam in accordance with the re-exam fee and Exam Schedule published by the university. The Re-exam fee is not a part of the course fee, hence the candidate will have to bear these expenses by themselves.
Will HCLTech directly transfer the course fee to the university?
No. Candidates have to pay their course fee from their pocket. HCLTech will provide reimbursement of the same to the candidates.
Is there any service agreement to be signed with HCLTech for opting to purse UG / PG from partner universities?
Employees opting for UG or PG will sign a service agreement to work with HCLTech for 2 years post the course completion. Employees will have to sign up for this agreement only once; either post UG or post PG Before opting for any of the above-mentioned course(s), the employee must sign a consent form acknowledging the Service Agreement clause which will be binding post successful course completion

- విద్యార్థులు మూడు దశల్లో పరీక్షలు రాయాలి.
- తొలుత రాత పరీక్ష, ఆ తరువాత ఇంగ్లిష్ నైపుణ్య పరీక్ష నిర్వహిస్తారు.
- ఈ రెండింటిలో ప్రతిభ చూపిన వారిని ఇంటర్వ్యూకు పిలుస్తారు.
- దీనిలో అర్హత సాధించిన వారికి ఏడాది పాటు శిక్షణ ఉంటుంది.
- శిక్షణ కాలంలో ఏడో నెల నుంచి నెలకు రూ.10 వేలు చొప్పున స్టైఫండ్ ఇస్తారు.
- అనంతరం మంచి వేతనంతో కూడిన ఉద్యోగం దక్కనుంది.
ఫోన్లలో పరీక్ష రాసే అవకాశం
- విశాఖ జిల్లాకు చెందిన విద్యార్థులకు ఈ నెల 20న, అనకాపల్లి, అల్లూరి సీతారామరాజు జిల్లాల్లో 22న పరీక్ష నిర్వహించనున్నారు.
- ఉదయం 10.30 గం టల నుంచి 11.30గంటల వరకు పరీక్ష ఉంటుంది. ఆన్లైన్ కాట్ టెస్టు పేరిట నిర్వహించే ఈ పరీక్షకు ప్రభుత్వ, ప్రైవేటు కాలేజీల్లో చదివే విద్యార్థులంతా అర్హులే. ఆన్లైన్ విధానంలో నిర్వహిస్తున్నపరీక్షకు విద్యార్థులు తమ సొంత సెల్ఫోన్లు కూడా ఉపయోగించుకోవచ్చు.
ఉద్యోగం చేస్తూనే ఉన్నత చదువులు ఇంటర్ బోర్డుతో హెచ్సీఎల్ టెక్-బీ సాఫ్ట్వేర్ కం పెనీ చేసుకున్న ఒప్పందం మేరకు విద్యార్థులకు ఇటువంటి అరుదైన అవకాశం లభించనుంది.
ఇంటర్ ఎంపీసీ, ఎంఈసీ గ్రూపు విద్యార్థులకు ఐటీ రంగంలోనూ, బైపీసీ, సీఈసీ, హెచ్ఎస్ఈసీ, ఒకేషనల్ కోర్సులు చదివిన వారికి అడ్మినిస్ట్రేషన్కు సంబంధించి డీపీవో విభాగంలో ఉద్యోగాలు కల్పించనున్నారు.
ఎంపికైన విద్యార్థులు ఉద్యోగం చేసుకుంటూనే డిగ్రీ, పైస్థాయి కోర్సులను చదువుకోవచ్చు. కోర్సు ఫీజులో ఏడాదికి రూ.15 వేలకు తక్కువ కాకుండా హెచ్సీఎల్ కంపెనీ చెల్లించనుంది.
