ORDER:
All the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers in the state are aware that School Education Command and Control Centers (Vidya Saiksha Kendra) have been established in the State Head Quarters and Visakhapatnam. Certain Teachers have been deputed to Command and Control Center as district in-charges and supervisors duly claiming their salaries from their school points concerned.
Further, the teachers who have deputed undergo certain training in navigating the dashboards and other administrative aspects for the smooth functioning of CCC. In recent times certain representations have been received by this office for relieving the staff drafted of CCC.

ORDER:

Certain Teachers have been deputed to Command and Control Center as district in-charges and supervisors duly claiming their salaries from their school points concerned.
Further, the teachers who have deputed undergo certain training in navigating the dashboards and other administrative aspects for the smooth functioning of CCC. In recent times certain representations have been received by this office for relieving the staff drafted of CCC.
In this regard the following standard operating procedure is communicated with respect to the function of CCC and the staff drafted as district in-charges and supervisors
- The staff drafted for CCC should discharge their duties as ordered by the Commissioner, School infrastructure, Andhra Pradesh
- The staff drafted for CCC are eligible to avail themselves of the casual leaves and special casual leaves on parr with NGOs i.e., 15 CLs, 5 Operational Holidays in a calendar year.
- Under any circumstances the staff drafted for CCC will not be relieved of their duties within a per4iod of 2 years and they should not apply for any other position while discharging their duties in CCC
- After completing two years of service in CCC, one can apply for any relief from CCC duties the summer vacation, only, and such individuals may be relieve of their CCC duties and sent back to their schools.
- For Every six months, the work done by CCC team will be reviewed by the authorities and will be initiated action against the individuals with poor performance as per the rules in vogue.
- While working in CCC, the staff drafted to duties shall maintain the departmental confidentiality and liable to the authorities for effective implementation of programs and initiatives
