Instructions for preparing the Promotion Lists 2023-24
- First Download the Promotion List Software Click Here
- Open any Browser
- Open the Studentinfo.ap.gov.in Website
- Login into the Website
- Move to Reports Section
- Select Child Wise Report
- Select All in Studying Class Section and Select Active in Status
- Click on Get Details
- Click on Excel Symbol and download the Excel
- Open the file using MS Excel
- Copy the required Data
- Paste the Data in the EMS Sheet in the Promotion List Software.
Thats it, all the Names, Child Id, Class are imported automatically in the Promotion List Software.
