ORDER:-
The attention of all the Regional Joint Director of School Education and all the District Educational Officers in the State are invited to the reference 2nd read above, wherein the Government have informed that the Model Code of Conduct has come in to force with effect from 16.03.2024.
Keeping this spirit in mind, to maintain status-quo, it has been decided to extend the tenure of employees whose deputation is getting completed in between 16.03.2024 and 4th June 2024, up to 15th June, 2024 (Till the expiry of Model Code of Conduct). Further, it is informed that the last working day for the Academic Year 2023-24 is 23-04-2024.
Download the Proceedings CopyTherefore, all the Regional Joint Director of School Education and all the District Educational Officers in the State are instructed to cancel all the deputation/ work adjustment orders issued in respect of teachers with directions to report to their original place of working i.e., place of drawing salaries by end of this academic year i.e., A. of 23.04.2023 Deputations for teachers except the teachers working under FST Conditions.
