ORDER:
In continuation of the instructions issued vide reference 2nd read above, it has been observed that the utilization of the online Visit/Inspection form by the RJDs, DEOs, DyEOs and Mandal Educational officers have been inadequate. Only a few Officers have met their monthly targets, most of the inspecting Officers in the State did not use the online
Visit/Inspection form, which indicates the negligence and dereliction in the duties.
All the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers are reminded that the School visits and inspections are crucial for maintaining and enhancing the auality of education. It ensures accountability and supporting the overall development of the education system.
In view of the upcoming reopening of schools on 13th June 2024 and to improve the supervision and administration of educational institutions and offices under the School Education Department, the following instructions are issued:
• All the Regional Joint Directors of School Education, District Educational Officers, Deputy Educational Officers and Mandal Educational Officers in the State must strictly follow the instructions regarding the utilization of the Visit/Inspection form within the School Attendance Application.
• All inspecting officers must meet their monthly targets for school visits & inspections as specifed in the reference 1st cited above.
All the RJDSEs and DEOs are instructed to disseminate the above to all the Deputy Educational Officers and Mandal Educational Officers under their jurisdiction and ensure that the inspecting officers regularly report their visits / inspections through the designated online application only.
Non - compliance of these instructions will be viewed seriously and appropriate disciplinary action will be initiated against the officers concerned who fails to meet their inspection targets.
