The immediate attention of all the District Panchayat Officers in the State is invited to the reference cited above.
In the reference 6th cited above, the District Panchayat Officers of all the Districts were requested to furnish the details of all the Panchayat Secretaries from Grade I – Grade IV, where results for recruitment were declared before 01.09.2004 (CPS adoption date in the AP State) against the vacancies occurring on or before 31.08.2004 but joined duty on or after 01.09.2004 and of the employees who were recruited against the posts/vacancies advertised/ notified for recruitment on or before 01-09-2004, in the prescribed proforma.
It is further submitted that the details furnished by the District Panchayat Officers in the State have not covered all the employees who were recruited under the APPSC Recruitment Notification No.10/1999 and other subsequent recruitment whose notifications were issued earlier and results were declared on or after 01.09.2004.
Therefore, a list of candidates who are enlisted in the 3rd round of the Selected list communicated by the APPSC under Notification 10 of 1999 is herewith sent to the District Panchayat Officers in the State to felicitate the District Panchayat Officers with a direction to furnish the details of their recruitment and present working status of the candidates.
Hence all the District Panchayat Officers are instructed to strictly verify the details of the employees who were recruited under the APPSC Recruitment Notification No.10/1999 and other subsequent Notifications issued and results declared on or after 01.09.2004 and furnish the details along with their Service Registers in the O/o the Commissioner, PR&RD, Tadepalli by 01.07.2024 through concerned Assistants dealing with the subject without fail.
Further, the District Panchayat Officers are directed to furnish the details of discharged candidates who are not selected in the final list of 10/1999 Notification and if not discharged submit the reasons for continuing them duly fixing responsibility.
