The attention of all the District Educational Officers & Ex-officio Project Coordinators, SS and Additional Project Coordinators, SS in the state is invited to the references read above and they are informed that. as per the instructions issued by the CSE, A.P., Mangalagiri, Guntur District, in the ref. 2nd read above, all KGBVS reopened on 13.06.2024 along with all management schools in the state.
As such, all the principals and teaching staff have to take classes for the students studying in KGBVS from Class VI to XII in the state. And they have to attend night duties as per their turn, as all KGBVS are residential schools and also for the safety and security of girls students.
But it has come to the notice of the undersigned that the principals, KGBVS, have not taking any classes as per the job-chart and also not performing night duties as per their turn. It leads to unrest among the teaching staff and non-teaching staff, and they don't perform their duties satisfactorily, which in turn impacts the studies of poor girls who come from vulnerable groups in society.www.apteachers.in
In view of the above, all the DEOS & Ex-officio PCs, SS and APCs, SS in the state are hereby directed to issue necessary instructions to all principals of KGBVS in the state that they should take minimum 6 periods in week for higher classes preferably public examination classes (X,XI and XII) as per their job-chart and also to perform night duties as per their turn to build up confidence among the teaching and non-teaching staff to perform their duties satisfactorily and also provide quality education to the poor girl students in the KGBVS.
Further all the DEOS & Ex-officio PCs, SS and APCs, SS in the state are also requested to issue necessary instructions that as and when GCDOS/ AGCDOS inspected visited the concerned KGBVs to confirm that principals are attending classes and performing night duties in accordance with their turn. if not, they are asked to seek explanations from the defaulters and withdraw their services in accordance with the terms outlined in the agreement / Memorandum of Understanding. duly providing a reasonable opportunity.
