Sub:School Education Department – CPGRAMS – Redressal Mechanism for addressing adverse news published on various platforms regarding various issues related to School Education Department at the Regional/District Level – Appointment of Senior Officers of the School Education Department as District Level Nodal Officers – Orders – Issued.

O R D E R:
The attention of the under mentioned officers is invited to the above subject cited, the Director of School Education, A.P. is hereby appointed the following senior officer of the School Education Department as District Level Nodal Officers for immediate response to address the adverse news published on various platforms regarding issues pertaining to the School Education Department at the Regional / District Level, in coordination and consultation with all stake holders i.e., District Collector /Regional Joint Director School Education / District Educational Officer/District Public Relations Officer, etc., and they are instructed to submit compliance / rejoinder promptly, duly marking a copy to the undersigned.

2. The District Level Nodal Officers are instructed to address adverse news promptly and efficiently on various issues pertaining to the School Education Department, thereby minimizing any negative impact on its reputation and operations.

3. The above-mentioned Officers are also instructed to monitor all Court Cases with their RJDSEs / District Educational Officers concerned and ensure timely fling of vakalathanams / counters / instructions etc., in consultation with the Legal Consultant of this ofce, to avoid further legal complications in the cases, duly safeguarding the interest of the Government. At no instance should the case be escalated to Contempt of Court, which could lead to personal appearances by higher authorities due to inaction of the feld level functionaries.

4. The Assistant Director (Legal), Legal Consultant, and the Legal section of this office are strictly instructed to coordinate with all stake holders, i.e., other sections of this ofce, RJDSEs, DEOs, etc. to ensure timely action on all court cases related to the Department.

5. The Assistant Director (Planning) and the Academics & Inspections (A&I) section are instructed to work closely with the designated District Level Nodal Officers to ensure timely rejoinders and accurate reports on any adverse news. These reports should be communicated to all the concerned authorities, and status updates should be reported to the undersigned in coordination with the DSE Peshi.

6. The above instructions shall be followed meticulously without any deviation. If any deviation is noticed, stringent disciplinary action will be initiated against those responsible in accordance with the existing rules in force.
