Udise+ నందు గల రోల్ ఆధారం చేసుకొని పాఠశాలల యందు మిగులు ఉపాధ్యాయులను ఆన్లైన్ విధానంలో వర్క్ అడ్జస్ట్మెంట్ చేయుటకు మార్గదర్శకాలు తయారు చేయుచున్నారు.

వచ్చేవారం దీనికి సంబంధించిన విధివిధానాలు, ఆన్లైన్ మాడ్యూల్, షెడ్యూల్ మొదలగునవి విడుదల అగును.


Work Adjustment కి cut of date 04.08.2024.

The work Adjustment module is designed based on the data available in Teacher Information System (TIS) portal.

Some data discrepancies were identified during the review of the Work Adjustment module conducted with certain field functionaries.

This will be happened due to not updating following data points in Teacher Information System (TIS) portal by Teachers.

DEOs should ensure that all MTS Teachers should be registered in schools which they were allocated in TIS portal.

In this regard, the District Educational Officers to ensure that all the teachers must cross check and update their individual profiles in Teacher Information System (TIS) portal.


1. Date of birth
2. Date of joining in the present school
3. Date of joining in the present cadre of post
4. Date of appointment
5. Optional subjects in graduate level
6. Optional subject in PG level
7. Methodologies in B.Ed level
8. Present designation

Mean time, the above fields updation will be provided in Facial Recognition App for immediate data updation for seamless process.

The DEOs should prioritize this task and must monitor personally.

Facial Attendance App నందు పైన ఇవ్వ బడిన ఫీల్డ్స్ pop up ద్వారా ఈ రోజు మధ్యాహ్నం enable చేస్తామని ఈ రోజు కమిషనర్ గారు ఈ రోజు Webex లో DEOs కి మరియు MEOs చెప్పడం జరిగింది.

కావున ఉపాధ్యాయులు అందరూ కూడా తప్పనిసరిగా Facial Attendance app నందు ఈ పైన పేర్కొన్న ఫీల్డ్స్ ఎటువంటి తప్పులు లేకుండా పూర్తి చేయవలెను. ఇది one-time updation, కాబట్టి జాగ్రత్తగా fill చేయవలెను.


Work Adjustment Of Subject Teachers (SAs)/SGTs:

Phase-I: 
Intra Management with in Mandal
Same subject within Mandal
Inter subject within Mandal
SGTs qualified with in Mandal

Phase-II:
First preference within Management, within Division, if still surplus have go for intra management.
Same subject with in Division
Inter subject with in Division
SGTs qualified within Division
Work Adjustment Of Subject Teachers (SAS)/SGTs

1. Guidelines for Drafting Surplus Teachers:


Junior Most teacher in the school shall be taken as Surplus teacher.
First preference will be given to schools with no Subject Teacher or SGT available.

Exclude any surplus teachers who are set to retire on or before April 30, 2025, from the adjustment process.

Ensure that no 100% individuals with visual impairments (blindness) requiring work adjustments are assigned.


2. Criteria for preparation of seniority list of Surplus Teachers:

Cadre seniority of surplus teachers in inter management.

If cadre seniority ties, the DOB will be considered.

3. Ensuring Subject Teachers Availability:

Subject teachers should be available in all High Schools after the completion of the work adjustment exercise.
