AP SSA SMC Members Training 2024: 2 Days Master Resource Persons Training Memo: Rc.No.SS-16/1
In this regard, it is planned to conduct a Two-day residential training program at State Level for District Resource Persons on 07.10.2024 and 08.10.2024. In turn these District Resource Persons will train the Mandal Level Resource Persons at district level, Mandal Level resource persons will train the School Heads and in turn Persons and the School Heads to train the School Management Committee Members at School level. In this regard, fve persons (5-3 members from Teacher Department + 2 SMC Members) Master Resource Persons will be invited from each Education division for state level training program. A total of 370 Master Resource Persons from 74 Education divisions invited for the training. (list enclosed)
In this context, All the District Education Officers & Ex- Officio Project Coordinators and Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha are directed to depute the district resource persons district concerned nominated by the Districts earlier. Further it is also directed to depute the CMO of the districts concerned and also depute the Key Resource persons to the above training programme and also directed to instruct the CMOs to coordinate with the Master resource persons and see that all the members attend the training programme by 7.Am on 7-10- 2024 as per the Schedule. The district wise list of Master resource persons and Key resource persons are Annexed with this order. all district CMOs also directed to attend the training at their respective venues and coordinate with the state level team and ensure 100% attendance of the DRPs.
Further it is also informed that the KRPs should reach one day before to discuss the training plan at the venue. the DEOs of Krishna and NTR district to depute AMOs and CMOs to the above venues for look after the training arrangements.
