All the Regional Joint Directors of School Education,all the District Educational Officers&Ex-Officio District Project Coordinators and all the Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the State are hereby informed that the Project Approval Board has approved budget for an amount of Rs.1,32,88,000/- @Rs.2000/-(Rs.66,44,000/-+ Rs.66,44,000/-)per Student towards Study Trip within the State and Exposure Visit(1 Student from 1 School)out of the State for 3322 Students at Secondary Schools.
All the District Educational Officers &Ex-Officio District Project Coordinators and all the Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the State are hereby instructed to planned for the Study Trip within the State at Secondary Schools and Exposure Visit and Exposure visit(1 Student from 1 School)out of the State at Secondary Schools according to their convenient date and time before 25th of February 2025 and Submit your Schedule with Date and Place Prior to the Visit.
Pre-Nisit Activities:
A.Destination selection: Choose a destination within the state that aligns with the objectives and is safe for students.
B.Date and duration: Schedule the visit on a date and for a duration that minimises the disruption to academic activities.
C.Student selection: Select students who will benefit from the visit, considering factors like academic performance.(Select Winners & Runners in Southern Science Fair 2025).The parents consent is mandatory.
D.Chaperone arrangement: Arrange for adequate chaperones (teachers/staff)to accompany the students.(1 Female Escort Teachers Is for every 10 Girls)
E.Transportation: Book suitable transportation in advance,ensuring safety and comfort.(Preferable choose APSRTC Vehicles for safety and security)Preferably 40-50 Students for Bus.
F.Accommodation and Food: Arrange for accommodation, if required,ensuring safety,security,and comfort.(Make sure Food should prepared and served in Hygiene areas)
G.Itinerary: Prepare a detailed itinerary, including travel, accommodation,and activity schedules.
Evaluation report: Prepare an evaluation visit's effectiveness in meeting objectives.
Parental feedback: Share the evaluation seeking their feedback. report,assessing the report with parents,
Documentation: Maintain records of the visit,including photographs,reports,and feedback.

Selection Criteria of the Students &Escort Teachers
The students who are Winners at Mandal Level Science Fair has been Selected for the District Level science Fair 2024-25 held on 31.12.2024 to 04.01.2025 in 26 District Headquarters.- ·The District Level winners who got selected to the State Level Science Fair 2024-25 was held on 07.01.2025-08.01.2025 at Murali Convention Centre,Poranki,Vijayawada.
- ·Selected Students for Study Trip with in the State &Exposure Visit to Out of the State to the Secondary School students who got prizes at district level science fair 2024-25 held on 31.12.2024 to 04.01.2025 in 26 district.
- ·The Teachers who participated in District Level Science Fair in Teacher Project Category are selected as the Escort teachers.
- ·Allocate 1 Escort Teacher to every 10 students.
- ·One Female escort Teacher is Mandatory for every 10 Girl Students. ·The Team of students may be escorted by the AMOs and DSOs.
