In Modification of previous Orders, SGTs are also now eligible for Sectoral Officers, Assistant Sectoral Officer Posts. Details are explained below.

In partial modification of the orders issued in the reference 3rd read above, and as per the suggestions made by the State Project Director, Samagra Shiksha, A.P., in the reference 5th read above, the following modifications are made regarding the eligibility criteria for filling up of Sectoral Officers and Assistant Sectoral Officers in District Offices under A.P.Samagra Shiksha Society.
3. Therefore, all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers are instructed to strictly adhere to the revised eligibility criteria while selecting Sectoral Officers and Assistant Sectoral Officers at the district level, in accordance with the guidelines issued by the Government vide G.O.P.No.10 & G.O.Ms.No.2
